我想,你很有可能是在官方网站下了那个exe程序然后双击一路next到头,就以为完成了,对吗?
其实你只是刚把程序解压缩到了电脑上,不信你再运行一遍仔细看说明,你还要到你解压缩的目录下面找到相关文件运行安装.

这是官方的安装步骤:
1. Start the BIOS Setup Utility menu.
2. Select Config.
3. Select Serial ATA (SATA).
4. Select Compatibility.
5. Install Windows XP and Service Pack 2 or Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
6. Download Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver from the Web site and extract the driver to C:\DRIVERS\WIN\SATA.
7. Click Start, select Run.
8. In the Open field type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\SATA\PREPARE\INSTALL.CMD and click OK.
9. Turn the computer off and then on again.
10. Start the BIOS Setup Utility menu.
11. Select Config.
12. Select Serial ATA (SATA).
13. Select AHCI.
14. Start Windows XP or Windows 2000. The Found New Hardware wizard will start automatically.
15. If running Windows XP:
    A.Click No, not this time then click Next.
    B.Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced),then       click Next.
    C.Select Search for the best driver in these locations.
    D.Select Include this location in the search: and specify the path,          C:\DRIVERS\WIN\SATA, and click Next.
16. Click Finish.
17. When the System Settings Change window appears, click Yes. The computer restarts.
